These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NZ Stunt School (“NZSS”) mobile application and website (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1- User Login limit

Users are limited to a maximum of three active logins (devices and browsers). If this limit is exceeded, the account will be suspended. 2- Content, License and Intellectual Properties All content on the Platform—including videos, text, graphics, and downloadable resources— are the sole property of NZ Stunt School and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from NZSS.

The Platform may feature third-party content (such as YouTube videos) to support learning objectives. NZSS does not claim ownership of such third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or updates. Third-party materials are included strictly for educational and illustrative purposes in compliance with public access and fair use principles. By using the Platform, you agree to respect all intellectual property rights of NZSS and any third-party content providers. For questions regarding the use or reproduction of materials. 3- Age Requirement Users must be at least 16 years old to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet this requirement. 4- Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm, restrict, or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Platform by others. You also agree not to attempt or perform any physical stunt or technique presented on the Platform without professional supervision and appropriate training. 5- User-Submitted Content If the Platform allows you to upload videos, images, or other materials for assessments or participation, you grant NZSS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, review, and store that content for educational and training purposes. NZSS will not share user-submitted content publicly without your prior consent. 6- Paid Courses and Premium Content While the Platform currently offers free access to educational content, NZSS also offers paid courses, subscriptions, or other premium content. In such cases, you will be informed in advance and must accept the updated terms. Payments for digital content or subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Please review course details carefully before purchasing.

7- Cancellation and Refund

There are no cancellations or refunds on any NZSS online courses. Free preview content is provided prior to purchase to ensure the course is appropriate and meets the client’s needs. The workshop must be paid in full at least one week prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five days of the event, unless a valid medical certificate is provided. If the workshop is cancelled by NZSS, the full amount paid will be refunded, or the student may choose to be re-enrolled in a future course. 8- Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” NZSS does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NZSS disclaims all warranties, express or implied. NZSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if NZSS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 9- Termination and Changes NZSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms. We may also change, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform at our discretion without prior notice. 10- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.
